What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled 30+ days prior to check-in for a full refund.
No refunds are given for events out of our control like weather, acts of god, and an illness that cuts trips short. This includes severe weather like heavy rains sometimes experienced during hurricane season.
Trip/travel insurance is an option for protection.
If you are within the 30 day window and have a concern about Covid-19, please contact us.
What are your check in and out procedures?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Due to our extensive surface cleaning procedures maintenance, we cannot accommodate early check-ins. After you book, you will receive an email with directions and other details about your stay.
Check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests are asked to wash all of their dishes and grill tools and consolidate all of their trash in the trash can. If dirty dishes are left, a $50 dishwashing service charge will be assessed.
Why do you have a dishwashing service charge?
We are unable to complete the detailed surface cleaning protocol and hand wash dirty dishes in the time between guests. As a result, a $50 service charge will be automatically charged if dirty dishes and grill tools have been left. Dish drying mats and kitchen towels are stored in the cabinets and dish soap and dish cleaning tools have been provided as well. What's an induction stove?
Induction cooking uses electromagnetic energy vs. open flames on gas cooktops or heated coils on electric ones. It requires cookware to be magnetic in order to conduct electromagnetic energy, so you’ve got to use the cookware we provide. This system is pretty cool though - it heats food extremely quickly, the cooktop is cool to the touch, and it doesn’t transfer heat to the air (a major plus for such a small space)!
Why do I have to use your bath and body products?
All of our products are biodegradable, which means that it reduces the impact of our wastewater and helps limit our carbon footprint. We want to be kind to the world we live in.
Our supplier for all of the bath, body, and cleaning supplies in each unit is the Good Fill. These great folks run a zero-waste operation and pride themselves in providing the highest quality products that are also safe and earth-friendly. All of their products are synthetic-free, hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, vegan, 100% biodegradable, paraben-free, soy-free, gluten-free, dye-free, and palm oil-free.
Can I bring kids?
Yes! Each unit sleeps at least 2 adults in queen-sized beds, and certain units are equipped with a loft that includes a queen-sized bed, a twin sleeping pad, or a couch that pulls out to reveal a hidden queen-sized mattress.
Can I bring dogs?
Sorry, given the small size of our spaces, we can't accommodate dogs at this time.
